Too bad not everyone has access to it. It should be noted that the republican "healthcare plan" only covers 3 million more people. Democrat plan covers 36 million. Republicans are more concerned about limiting lawsuits against doctors and hospitals than they are seeing more people with health insurance.

Free healthcare clinics are sadly becoming a trend in the U.S.

The "happiest people in the world" have free healthcare. The people of Denmark pay high taxes, the highest in the world, but in return they get healthcare, low cost education and child care. Poverty and homelessness are rare. I'm sure Denmark has its problems but at least people care about people there, even if it means paying high taxes. They appear to be a more enlightened people in general. The Oprah Winfrey Show featured people from Denmark yesterday:

Uninsured Flock to Dr. Oz's Free Clinic in Texas

I love Dr. Oz's approach to medicine. Dr. Oz said the clinic broke the record of the largest number of people seen at a free clinic outside of a disaster. One patient hitchhiked to the clinic. Oz talks about health care reform too. Houston has the highest level of uninsured in the country.
