This is WCSH6's live streaming coverage of Obama's arrival in Portland, Maine, where he'll speak on the new health law. WCSH6 will also live stream his speech which starts at 3:25 pm eastern. For other streams, go here. Update at 2:55 pm: Obama arrived on Air Force One, quickly got into Marine One and is now headed to the Expo with Karen Mills, who heads the Small Business Administration.
