Anti-Gay State Senator Ashburn Admits He's Gay

He voted against every gay rights measure that came before him in the California state Legislature, reluctant to say that he was a gay man--in California! One of the best places to be openly gay is California. If you have to live such a big lie, if you can't be truthful to yourself, you're not fit to represent the people of your state. Politicians seem to lack an ethical gene.
