O'Reilly asks if Obama is Commander in Chief enough. Bother. Republicans like their war and their war speeches to be zesty and full of spunk and verve-- Cheney type passion. War is their dope. I don't understand war mongers. Obama's speech was somber and fitting for sending troops off to war.
