Nancy Pelosi speaks to Andrea Mitchell on the public option. She's using some fancy footwork by saying that she has the votes for a public option---but she's not sure what kind of public option will be decided upon:
Chuck Todd doesn't think a public option will make it into the merged bill. I'm thinking there will be a public option with a trigger. Todd says the House doesn't want to vote until it knows what the Senate is doing. Now Harry Reid is
saying he's close to 60 votes for a public option. What kind of public option that will be remains to be seen.
