Obama's Wisconsin Town Hall Video

During the town hall, Obama writes an excuse note for Kennedy, a 10-year old girl who was missing the last day of school to attend the town hall.
Obama says he favors building on what we already have--employer based healthcare-- by adding a government-sponsored healthcare plan. It will keep the private insurers honest, he said. Obama would like to see a one-stop health insurance exchange, where you could look at all the options available and choose the right one for you.
He's not in favor of a single payer overhaul.
But he's open to all ideas.
Contrary to the idiots crying socialism, Obama's not out to run healthcare. Apparently, there were NoBama protesters there crying socialism. NoBamas are the haters and the birthers (those in denial about Obama's birth certificate). Think Sarah Palin rally.
Obama's message: It's now or never. His underlying message to republicans--this is what the people want so try to be helpful or get out of the way.
