Republican Chuck Hagel says the hysteria of having Gitmo detainees in U.S. prisons is irrational. Yay for Hagel. It is completely irrational. Fear the neighborhood sex offender(s), not the terrorist, essentially a coward, safe in a super max prison. Democrats were completely irrational to vote down funding closure of Guantanamo. Even with the power, they're wimpy.
