Late night update: Nora O'Donnell on Twitter says Obama will announce his ambassador to Ireland tomorrow.
Politico says Obama's going to host a St. Patrick's Day bash (Wednesdays at the White House are dinner party nights) and he's also expected to have some sort of budget event in the day. I hope it includes green beer, cause we all could use some right about now.
