Grassley Says Obama Can't Raise Taxes

Where does the republican party dig up these people? Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa says don't raise our taxes. Since they have nothing new to say, the RNC should just play a broken record instead of enlisting Zombies to do their weekly address.
