Eric Holder's Speech on Race

Eric Holder speaks on race at the Department of Justice for Black History Month, which some people think should be abolished. Advocates of the elimination Black History Month say that American history is black history, therefore, it shouldn't be commemorated for a month. Holder says the month, though an artificial device, ought to be a month to foster discussion on race. He speaks frankly in this video:
