Automaker honchos ruined their own companies and now they want a bailout. It's the workers who need the bailout.
Automaker's management will want $25 billion to start and then they'll want more but they haven't a clue about how to use it. As Tavis Smiley said on Meet the Press, Detroit is the poorest city in the nation.
Here's an idea, bailout the auto industry but fire all the top and mid-level management. Bring brand new creative managers from outside the auto industry to put together a plan to merge the 3 companies as one or at least merge two together.
